Satisfied or refunded
Not happy? Return your order within 30 days of delivery and get a full refund of your items.
1. Email us at info@selebistudio.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number.
2. We will reply with simple return instructions.
3. Send the item back to us.
4. Once we receive your parcel, we will check the item and refund you.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging[, with tags attached].
RETURN SHIPPING
The cost of return shipping is paid by you, except if your parcel arrives damaged or we made a mistake (see below).
YOUR REFUND
We refund the price of your items to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive your parcel. Our shipping is free, so there is no shipping fee to refund.
DAMAGED PARCEL OR OUR MISTAKE
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email us within [14] days of delivery with a photo. We will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or a full refund, as you prefer.
WANT A DIFFERENT COLOR OR ITEM?
We do not offer exchanges. Return your item for a refund, and place a new order for the item you want.
